5. Prices and promotions

All orders and invoices are payable at the registered address of KX Health Products, unless stated otherwise. If the invoice is not paid within the stipulated period, this will be done automatically and without prior notice due to an interest attributable to interest of 12% per year from the due date to the date of receipt of the payment. In addition, the invoice amount for non-payment at maturity and without notice will be increased by 15%, with a minimum of € 250.00 as a conventional penalty clause as a fixed fee, notwithstanding the court and on top of overdue payments.
